Bridge Program

Program Type: Financial assistance award initiative

Purpose: Support individuals starting their careers in the wine industry who face financial challenges during the early stages of their careers

Geographic Scope: United States (US citizens and permanent residents)

Focus Areas:

• Career transition support for emerging wine industry professionals
• Financial assistance for relocation-related expenses

Eligible Expenses

• Rent payments
• Moving expenses
• Temporary housing

Award Structure

• Awards will be paid out before the individual starts their career
• Designed to eliminate financial constraints at the start of employment

Eligibility Requirements (must meet ALL criteria)

1. Citizenship: US citizens or permanent residents
2. Job Offer: Must have a 2024 full-time internship or full-time job offer from a company in the beverage industry
3. Financial Need: Must face financial challenges transitioning into a full-time internship or job in the beverage industry

3. Essay (maximum 700 words; anything over will not be read)
