Board of Visitors Grant: Category D

The Board of Visitors Grant: Category D provides funding up to $5,000 for 501(c)3 organizations that address healthcare needs for women, children, and the elderly in Phoenix. Eligible projects include seed money for specific initiatives, general operating support, and capital campaigns. Organizations can submit one request per year, must demonstrate community need, and provide healthcare services to underserved populations. This grant aims to enhance long-term health outcomes and promote sustainability beyond initial funding.

The Board of Visitors considers grant requests from 501(c)3s who serve the healthcare needs of women, children and the elderly in the greater Phoenix community.

BOV may fund 1-year grant request for up to $5,000 to a start-up or an emerging 501(c)3. No annual budget requirements.

Eligibility

Requests for funding are limited to one request per organization each calendar year.Your organization must meet the following criteria in order to apply for a grant from The Board of Visitors:Applicant organization must have a 501(c)3 statusProvide healthcare services to women, children and the elderly in the greater Phoenix communityImprove long-term health outcomes for individuals and the communityImpact the underservedDemonstrate a strong community needPromote partnerships and collaborations within the communityDemonstrate potential for continued operation beyond support by the BOVCurrent Grant Recipients are eligible for the upcoming grants cycle, contingent upon Interim and Final Grant Usage Form submissions by their due dates.Category D must submit an IRS Form 990 for the past 1-2 years.
