Bill and Barbara Bunger Scholarship

Overview: An endowed scholarship established by local philanthropists Chance and Lora Bunger to support Hagerstown High School graduates pursuing education in the building trades.

Named After: Bill Bunger, a Hagerstown area legend who spent a quarter-century at the school as a coach (golf, basketball, and cross-country) and administrator. Bill and Barbara Bunger have been married for over 50 years and are now retired in Florida.
