Application Instructions
1. Complete the entirety of the online form (available below)
2. Submit a written essay (1-2 pages) expressing your motivation for further education and addressing the essay questions
3. Submit a resume that includes:
- Extracurricular Activities
- Volunteer Activities
- Leadership Activities
- List of colleges/universities to which you have applied
4. Submit 2 reference letters supporting your application:
- 1 from school
- 1 from community
5. Submit official high school transcript submitted by your guidance counselor
- All documents must be submitted in PDF format
- Deadline: Midnight on February 16 (annual)
- Only completed applications will be considered
- Coordinate with your Guidance Counselor to include official high school transcript
