Applications should be submitted at least eight weeks before the funding deadline.Overview
About Betenbough Homes is proud to be the best new home builder in West Texas because of our dedication to customer service, quality, and affordability. As a cost-plus builder, we never set the prices of our homes based on what the market is willing to pay. Instead, we establish a reasonable margin, adding that to our hard costs (without including overhead). This means our home prices only increase when our costs increase; it also means that we lower our prices when our costs go down, and we've done that many times over the past thirty years. That alone sets us apart from every other new home builder in the area. Betenbough Homes Community Grant Our company’s purpose is to reveal God and His kingdom through our work in the marketplace, and we place the same purpose on our community giving opportunities. We do not require every organization to have the same purpose and mission to qualify for our grants, however, this is the lens we look through as we process community grant requests with our teams. We desire to partner with organizations that embody a relational style, while also embracing a sustainable method approach. Community grants should enhance the organization’s effort rather than sustain it (i.e. operating costs, salaries, rent, etc.). Organizations in which a community grant is given should also be able to share tangible fruit from their work.Eligibility
