BELN Scholarship

Overview: The BELN Scholarship was created to fill gaps that state funding does not fully cover, helping families already enrolled in BELN programs access wraparound support and stay connected to high-quality care.

Geographic Scope: Currently serves families within BELN programs in Ravalli County, Montana. Long-term vision is to expand valley-wide to support families accessing quality-rated programs across Ravalli County.

Focus Areas:

Helping families bridge affordability challenges and maintain enrollment in high-quality programs during times of financial strain

Supporting wraparound services

Providing navigation support and connections to community resources

Eligibility:

Families currently enrolled in BELN programs

Families experiencing financial strain or affordability challenges

Key Features:

Intentionally flexible - recognizes that families' circumstances can change quickly

Short-term support to prevent long-term disruption

Paired with relational guidance connecting families to resources, care, and community support

Purpose: Support families, stabilize provider enrollment, and strengthen the early childhood system. Reduces churn and reveals where barriers remain to guide priorities and programs.
