BELN Scholarship

The BELN Scholarship was created to fill gaps that state funding does not fully cover, helping families already enrolled in BELN programs access wraparound support and stay connected to high-quality care.

Geographic Scope: Currently serves families within BELN programs in Ravalli County, Montana. Long-term vision is to expand valley-wide to support families accessing quality-rated programs across Ravalli County.

Focus Areas:

• Helping families bridge affordability challenges and maintain enrollment in high-quality programs during times of financial strain
• Supporting wraparound services
• Providing navigation support and connections to community resources

Eligibility:

• Families currently enrolled in BELN programs
• Families experiencing financial strain or affordability challenges

Key Features:

• Intentionally flexible - recognizes that families' circumstances can change quickly
• Short-term support to prevent long-term disruption
• Paired with relational guidance connecting families to resources, care, and community support

Purpose: Support families, stabilize provider enrollment, and strengthen the early childhood system. Reduces churn and reveals where barriers remain to guide priorities and programs.
