Ms. Briggs was an aspiring senior at Marymount School at the time of her death in 1990.

Eligibility

Tucker High School or Glen Allen High School. Eligible student must demonstrate outstanding commitment to academics, school and community activities, and also a commitment to fellow classmates. Eligible student must be a candidate for high school graduation at the end of the current academic year, and plan to enroll in an accredited 4-year college or university in the continental United States the following academic year.
