Overview
The BCBSND Impact Grants aim to enhance the health and well-being of North Dakotans by supporting innovative community initiatives. Funded by the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota Caring Foundation, these grants focus on whole-person health, emphasizing behavioral health and social determinants of health. Impact Grants are designed to support whole-person health, empowering North Dakotans and their communities to live healthier lives. These grants focus on Behavioral Health, Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) and/or health promotion and disease prevention.
