  • Must be a member of Roughrider Electric, OR a dependent of a member
  • Enrolled or planning to enroll in full-time graduate or undergraduate course of study
  • Attending an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school
  • Parents must be members of Roughrider Electric (for dependents)

    Selection Criteria

    Awards based on academic excellence, including:
  • SAT/ACT scores
  • Grade-point average
  • Work experience
  • Participation in school and community activities
  • Written statement explaining educational and career goals
  • Written recommendation from a third party

    Selection Process

  • Roughrider Electric selection committee screens all applications
  • Committee decision is final
