Our History

Born 1971 from the ministry of First Baptist Church of Los Angeles, the Baptist Service Corporation is a separate Non-profit that has become a charitable non-profit that built "Vista Towers" senior housing. In 2019, BSC transitioned to charitable support of Baptist ministries and mission work, churches, social service agencies, and special programs that care for vulnerable communities.

Our Mission

To build good will in the urban community that will inspire neighborhood networking, and bring together the people, agencies, resources, administration, and planning needed to create a more cohesive and effective service network and a center that develops programs to meet the needs of vulnerable populations while also strengthening community support systems and healthy collaborative relationships.

The Baptist Service Corporation give financial grants to help your ministry or human service. The purpose of the Baptist Service Corporation is to “improve the quality of life for older adults and other atrisk populations in our community and elsewhere through grants, partnerships, and direct programming”.
