Bader Philanthropies: The Art's Grant

Bader Philanthropies' Arts Grant aims to enhance access to the arts in Milwaukee, serving traditionally underserved audiences. The program focuses on building resilient communities, promoting inclusivity, and fostering professional excellence in the arts. It encourages cross-cultural connections and supports intergenerational engagement through artistic programming. Applicants include nonprofits and government entities, with a commitment to measurable success in social awareness, accessibility, and event attendance.

NOTE: Preliminary applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with deadlines correlating to Foundation board meetings held twice each year. Once a preliminary application is submitted online, organizations can expect to hear a response regarding the status of their application within three (3) weeks and may receive a request for submission of a full proposal and supplemental materials.
The Arts
For example, our Alzheimer’s & Healthy Aging and Youth Development programs creatively approach funding with an eye toward culturally inclusive artistic programming, which furthers intergenerational engagement.

Eligibility

We accept applications from nonprofits and government entities for projects that fit within the geographic and strategic boundaries of our Program Areas.Geographic Boundaries: Milwaukee

Ineligibility

We also cannot provide direct support to individuals, including individual scholarships.
