AWS Welding Workforce Grants Welding programs are vital for training the next generation of skilled workers, yet many face long waitlists and limited resources to meet growing demand. The Welding Workforce Grant provides up to $50,000 for new equipment, facility expansion, and training resources—to help programs grow to meet the needs of local industries. AWS Educational Institution Membership is required to apply. A grant recipient may not apply again for three years following selection.Eligibility
