Atlantic Lottery Sponsorship Program- Community Festivals & Events Grant

The Atlantic Lottery Sponsorship Program supports over 100 grassroots community festivals and events annually, fostering cultural, social, and economic growth in Atlantic Canada. With nearly 50 years of commitment, Atlantic Lottery reinvests 100% of its profits back into local communities. The program focuses on initiatives that promote culture, community development, and wellness. Sponsorship starts at $2,500, aiming to create a positive impact through various community-led events and celebrations.

That’s why Atlantic Lottery has proudly supported community initiatives across Atlantic Canada since its inception in 1976.
Following an in-depth review of our sponsorship program with input from various stakeholders and partners, Atlantic Lottery is welcoming a new approach to support our communities in 2025. This approach will help us better serve and support local communities through our new and improved sponsorship program.
Building Better Communities
Atlantic Lottery is proud to support community initiatives that have important cultural, social, and economic impacts across the region. 100% of the profit we make gets put back into the provinces we call home, but we know that giving back goes beyond just the profit returned. We’re proud that our sponsorship program is another way that we can further invest in Atlantic Canada.
What to Expect
First and foremost, Atlantic Lottery supports community initiatives making a positive impact in Atlantic Canadian communities. Community initiatives take many forms and may include community and cultural celebrations, large-scale events and festivals, or civic and charitable initiatives that align with Atlantic Lottery’s values and priorities.
Community and Economic Development: Drives economic activity through community-building initiatives, business-related events, tourism, and community-led innovation.
Wellness: Supports and enhances the overall physical and mental wellbeing of the community, including healthy play practices.
Community initiative sponsorship amounts vary and typically start at $2,500.
