Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI): For all interested in pediatric nephrology, prioritizing trainees and junior faculty from historically excluded and underrepresented groups 4. Member Education: Develops medical education skills through participation in educational activities 5. Research: Pairs individuals interested in pursuing research with expert mentors (basic, clinical, translational) 6. Nephrologists in Small Group Settings: Special interest group providing educational webinars, case discussions, and support for nephrologists with limited colleagues 7.
