- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Hold an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
- Be an Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Med-Peds resident OR recent graduate applying to a nephrology fellowship
- Applying to a nephrology or pediatric nephrology fellowship
- Provide proof of matching into an accredited nephrology fellowship starting in 2025
- Have at least $50,000 in eligible student loan debt
