Overview
The Artist Open Studio Tour Grants provide funding to support marketing and administration for artist-initiated studio tours in Rhode Island. These tours feature multiple artists in one or several nearby studio buildings and are open to the public. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the annual grant funds are exhausted, allowing communities of artists to collaborate and engage the public in their artistic endeavors.
Note: You may only receive one AOST per state’s fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). Your open studio tour may only receive one AOST per state fiscal year.
Artist Open Studio Tour grants provide support for marketing and administration of artist-initiated open studio tour. The studio tour must consist of multiple artists within one studio building or several nearby buildings and be open to the public.
These grants support communities of artists around the state of Rhode Island working together to bring people into their studios.
