Arthur Jordan Foundation Grant

The Arthur Jordan Foundation Grant supports organizations in Marion County, focusing on fine arts, higher education, and community service. Grants typically range from $5,000 to $15,000 and can be used for operating, program, capital, or special project support. Eligibility requires tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The foundation does not fund organizations that discriminate or those outside Marion County, including political entities and individuals.

Historically, the Foundation has supported organizations in the fields of fine arts, higher education and community service.
The Arthur Jordan Foundation offers four types of grants
Most are in the $5,000-$15,000 range.
Operating support: Unrestricted grants for any organizational expense.
Program support: Grants for a regular program or start-up program.
Capital support: Grants for buildings or durable equipment.
Special Project support: Grants for a one-time, non-recurring event or activity (Use Program Support for recurring events or activities.)

Eligibility

Grants are limited to organizations in Marion County.Organizations must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and are public charities described in section 509(a)(1), 509(a)(2) and 509(a)(3).Usually, no more than one request per organization per year will be considered

Ineligibility
