Art for Awareness Grants
Purpose: Fund projects that use arts-based activities to prevent or create awareness of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or addiction in Marion County.
Funding Source: City of Indianapolis and Opioid Settlement Funds

- Resume or alternative (bio with dates marking career as artist or arts administrator)
- Webpage and/or social media pages showing background in arts & cultural sector
- Collaboration documentation with SUD expert
