AOH National Board Study Abroad Scholarship

Award Amount: Two (2) annual scholarships of $3,000 each (or $1,500 per semester if fewer applications are received)

Overview:
Established by the AOH National Board to support members pursuing study abroad opportunities in Ireland.

Eligibility:

  • AOH member in good standing, OR

  • Son or daughter of an AOH member in good standing

  • Currently attending an accredited college or university in the United States

  • Has been accepted at an accredited college/university in Ireland recognized by the home institution
  • Focus Areas:

  • Study abroad programs in Ireland

  • Accredited Irish institutions that maintain reciprocal agreements with U.S. universities
  • Geographic Scope: United States (all states)

    Judging & Decisions:

  • Applications reviewed by an independent and impartial panel

  • Panel decisions are final

    2. Submission: Submit to AOH National Chairman
    3. Review: Applications evaluated by independent and impartial panel

  • Acceptance letter from accredited Irish institution

  • Proof of enrollment at accredited U.S. institution
