Churches, Hospitals, Health Organizations General Capital: Grants are provided for small capital projects or equipment from qualified organizations benefiting the residents of Kauai. Churches, Hospitals, Health Organizations Major Capital: Grants are provided for large capital projects or equipment with costs of $500,000 or more from qualified organizations benefiting the residents of Kauai. Churches, Hospitals, Health Organizations Tuition Aid Programs: Grants for Tuition Aid Programs are available to colleges and universities in the state of Hawaii for the benefit of Kauai students.
