Geographic Scope: Conewago Valley School District (CVSD), Pennsylvania

Eligibility: All members of the Conewago Valley School District staff

Focus Areas: Programs that align with the school district's mission and strategic plan; innovation in education; support to individual teachers, instructional programs, and initiatives at various levels

Purpose: To augment and enrich the educational opportunities available to students by advancing innovation

Evaluation Criteria

Applications are reviewed on the following criteria (out of 100 points total):

• Need for the project: 10 points
• Explanation of how the project meets instructional goals: 15 points
• Major objectives of the initiative: 20 points
• Teaching methods to implement initiative: 20 points
• Potential impact on students: 10 points
• Timeline: 5 points
• Evaluation: 10 points
• Budget: 10 points
