Eligibility Criteria

All of the following criteria must apply:
• Organization did NOT receive Tau Grant funding in Fall 2021–Spring 2022 or Fall 2022–Spring 2023
• At least 50% of the organization's population served falls within marginalized groups (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or persons with disabilities)
• At least 25% of staff leadership individuals identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or persons with a disability
• Organization budget is $2 million or less
