Eligibility - Mentors

• Active in investment management sales and marketing field
• Minimum of several years industry experience (experience requirements vary)
• AIMSE member (may have flexibility requirements)
• Interested in supporting career development of emerging professionals

Eligibility - Mentees

• Early to mid-career professionals in investment management
• AIMSE member preferred
• Employed in investment management sales, client service, consultant relations, or related roles
• Range of experience levels: less than 1 year to over 15 years in the field

Geographic Scope

• United States and international participation accepted (form includes "NOT US Based" option)
