    Evaluation Process

  • Scoring formula considers application review results and (for returning funded partners) previous years' mid-year and final reports

Account Setup:

Application Process:
1. Follow all prompts in the online grant application system
2. Save your draft frequently using "SAVE DRAFT" button to return and work on application at your own pace
3. Complete all fields - do not leave blanks; enter "N/A" if not applicable
4. Click "SUBMIT" when completed
5. You will receive a copy of your submission via email
