NOTE: To provide further guidance regarding this RFP, OHCD will host two (2) virtual Zoom informational meetings on the following May 20 and May 22. Register here. Increasing the availability and accessibility of affordable housing remains Mayor Roth’s top priority. In June 2022, the Council passed, and Mayor Roth signed Ordinance 22-77, which appropriates at least $5,000,000 per year for the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) to facilitate programs that support affordable housing production.
