How to Apply
Application Process
1. Deadline: Friday, August 22 (annual)
2. Submission: Apply through atlantatrackclub.org under "Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K"
3. Notification: Selected organizations notified by Friday, August 29
4. Race Day Requirements:
- Minimum 15 volunteers to assist at water stops
- Minimum 15 spectators and cheerleaders in each cheer zone
- Minimum 30 total people on race day
5. Bonus Points Evaluation: Organizations meeting minimum requirements receive base $1,000 donation and are evaluated for bonus points based on volunteer numbers, participant participation, cheer zone creativity, enthusiasm level, and cleanup efforts
6. Post-Event Recognition: Participant voting for "Best of the Best" award of $500
