Adolescent Health NOFA To fund adolescent focused programs that include family and community support using the CDC Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) School Health model and implement Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) evidence based curriculum to school-aged children. This is a continuation grant opportunity open to previously selected grantees. Estimated amount of money in the grant program $ 1,200,000.00
