Inclusion Advancing ACS' Core Value of Inclusion and Belonging We believe in the power of and respect for all chemists. The multitude of people, backgrounds, experiences, and ideas lead to superior solutions to world challenges and advances chemistry as a global, multidisciplinary science. ACS Student Communities Inclusion Grant Purpose To support professional development endeavors intended to increase and support the ACS Core Value of Inclusion and Belonging within Student Chapters, International Student Chapters, and Graduate Student Organizations. Description The goal of this grant is to help promote environments where people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and experiences thrive within ACS student communities. Applicants can apply to receive funds for professional development opportunities, such as courses, training, materials, etc.

    Eligibility

This opportunity is exclusively for faculty advisors and student leaders of active:ACS Student ChaptersACS International Student ChaptersACS Graduate Student Organizations (GSOs) You may request up to $1,000 USD for your proposal. Funding is limited and you may receive this grant up to two times per calendar year. You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member. To be considered active, you must have:
  • At least six members who currently have an ACS student membership with a premium package.
  • For student chapters and international student chapters, you must have chartered, reactivated, or submitted a report within the last three years.
