ACDS Community Support Grants

The ACDS Community Support Grants empower nonprofit organizations in Anne Arundel County to enhance their effectiveness and impact. By providing essential funding, these grants support initiatives aimed at revitalizing neighborhoods, increasing affordable housing, and improving the lives of low-income residents. Eligible organizations can continue existing programs or pilot new projects, fostering community development and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. ACDS is dedicated to creating sustainable housing solutions and strengthening local communities.

ACDS directly implements several homeownership and rental programs and acts as a developer, funding administrator, and project manager for a variety of affordable housing and community development initiatives alongside our many partners.
An initiative of the County Executive, Community Support Grants (CSG) are for nonprofit and community organizations to increase their impact and ip0erate more efficiently and effectively to improve and enrich the lives of Anne Arundel County residents and communities. Programs and projects that are encouraged to apply are those that allow nonprofit organizations to continue to operate and/or increase the impact of an existing program/project, or to pilot a new program to improve and enrich the lives of Anne Arundel County residents and communities.
