About us

Delta Dental of Wisconsin’s mission is to engage and empower our customers, partners, and communities to improve oral and overall health by developing and delivering innovative products and services built on a culture of legendary service. We are deeply invested in more than two million smiles – all across our state. We’re proud that so many more children are spared from tooth pain and decay, thanks to our partnership with Wisconsin’s in-school dental sealant program. We like knowing that more subscribers and their families can see a dentist when they need to. And we are committed to our work with brokers and employers as their influence can impact the oral health of families across the country. The work we do gives us all reason to smile.

To increase the impact of our donations, we make strategic choices in our philanthropic partnerships, and focus on clearly identified needs within Wisconsin.

Eligibility

* 501(c)(3) entity

* Native American tribal organization
* Government agency
* Public school
* Sponsorships of events that have a community benefit
* Programs/organizations that improve the health of at-risk populations
* Programs may only receive one grant per year from the Delta Dental of Wisconsin Foundation

Ineligibility

* We are unable to fund
* individuals as applicants
* programs for religious purposes
* direct lobbying or political entities or influencing of elections
* fundraising campaigns and expenses.
