Geographic Scope: 15-state enterprise and Washington, D.C. (AL, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, MS, MT, NV, NY, PA, TX, UT, WV)

Overview: The Community Care Foundation awards several million dollars annually in Access to Care Grants to dental clinics and nonprofit organizations across the country. In 2024-2025, the program granted $16.3 million in funding to 215 nonprofit organizations.

Focus Areas:

Increase access to oral health care for underserved individuals

Enable preventive and restorative dental treatments in accessible locations

Serve populations struggling with oral health problems, including:

- Older adults living in poverty
- People of color
- Individuals with mobility issues

Eligibility:

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations

Dental clinics

Community health organizations

Note: Grant support is by invitation only
