Background: The Accelerator Grants program was developed following The Miami Foundation's 2014 "Our Miami Report" which highlighted eight key issue areas. Past winners have included: Rhythm Foundation (Arts & Culture), Kiva Zip (Economy), and University of Miami's Community Scholars in Affordable Housing program.
