The 49ers Foundation invests in game changers who leverage educational and wellness opportunities to empower youth in underserved and under-represented Bay Area communities. The Foundation seeks nonprofit organizations that create a measurable decrease in the opportunity gap among children ages 5-18 years who face unequal opportunities due to race, ethnicity, ZIP code, and socioeconomic status.
