Our funding areas focus on a broad range of issues including animal care and welfare, arts and culture, civic engagement, education, environment, and health and human services, alongside support for the Latino, LGBTQ+, and Veterans communities. 15 Forever Fund Request For Proposals 15 Forever was established by Community Foundation Boulder County in 2006 to promote civic engagement, philanthropy, and leadership among Boulder County youth. 15 Forever is a collaboration between the Community Foundation and YouthRoots, a national youth philanthropy organization that teaches high school students how to make the world a better place, while developing their leadership and life skills.
