100 Voices of Florida 100 Voices of Florida (100VOF) is a grant initiative started by Floridian sisters who teamed up to bring more opportunities to Floridian filmmakers. 100 Voices of Florida Grant About the 2025 Grant We support filmmakers who bet on themselves. Calling writers, directors, and producers. Receive up to $5,000 prize to use how you choose! Finishing funds, festival submission fees, cast and crew reimbursements, production, or anything else you think of. Submit your short film or script and tell us how you’ll be using the funds for your chance to win. We want you to do what you do best - tell stories. We understand storytellers come from various backgrounds, levels of expertise, and genres. Judges will look for storyteller’s who are committed to three tenets: Pursue their own creative voiceInvoke emotional responses from the readers (fear, laughter, sadness, angst, etc.)Value the importance of pacing to keep readers engaged Benefits Up to $5,000 to use as you please! All contestants must meet the following criteria: A writer, director, or producer with an authentic perspective who pursues their own creative voice and vision.The entrant must be 18 years or older.Each Grant is open to all filmmakers who are 18 years of age or older and have a connection to Florida. We encourage filmmakers to submit films made in or stories that take place in Florida, but it is not required.The short film must be either submitted in English or with accurate English subtitles if in another language; scripts must be in English. Entrants seeking finishing funds for their films are allowed to participate. Submitted films or scripts can be entered into other contests or competitions, such as film festivals. Currently, there are no requirements to when the short film was produced.Ineligibility
