FOUNDED AS A REGIONAL WOMEN'S FUND IN 1996, THE WOMEN'S FOUNDATION OF ALABAMA IS THE STATE'S ONLY PUBLIC WOMEN'S FOUNDATION APPLYING GENDER LENS TO GRANTMAKING, RESEARCH, AND ADVANCING ALABAMA CHILD CARE ACCELERATOR.
