Women Donors Network Action

WDN Action's work centers on advocacy, funding, and engagement of underrepresented communities. The organization emphasizes building long-term movement infrastructure in states and nationally, as well as investing in the leadership development and capacity-building of its grantee partners.

Primary funding areas include:

• Reproductive and Gender Justice — Supporting organizations advancing reproductive rights and gender justice
• Racial Justice — Funding racial justice initiatives and Black-led movement building
• Trans Rights — Supporting efforts to combat anti-trans bills in state legislatures
• Voting Rights and Civic Engagement — Funding voting rights work and young voter engagement, including support for young immigrants and paths to citizenship
• Rural Organizing — Supporting rural organizing efforts
• Care Economy — Advocating for domestic workers and the care economy
• Constitutional Protection — Supporting efforts to enshrine the right to abortion in state constitutions
• Democracy and Movement Alignment — Funding research and messaging efforts across the pro-democracy movement
