Murphy and Company in 1946, along with her brother Charles H. Murphy Jr. and sisters Caroline Keller Winter and Bertie Deming Smith. This company became the predecessor to Murphy Oil Corporation, Murphy USA, and Deltic Timber Company. Theodosia was married to William Conlin Nolan for 68 years until his death in 2004.
