CONFERENCE BOARD OF GLOBAL MINISTRIES AND 3)CONFERENCE BOARD OF ORDAINED MINISTRY, WHICH SHALL DISTRIBTE SAID FUNDS AS SCHOLARSHIPS OR GRANTS FOR ILLIOIS MINISTERIAL STUDENTS TO ATTEND METHODIST/WESLEYAN SEMINARIES.
