VGCA ENCOURAGES SPORTSMANSHIP AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP AMONG THOSE PERSONS PARTICIPATING IN THE SPORT. FURTHERMORE, THE ASSOCIATION IS DEDICATED TO MAINTAINING A FACILITY FOR HOLDING STEEPLECHASE RACES.
