VALLEYWISE HEALTH FOUNDATION IS THE PHOENIX-BASED 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT DEDICATED TO PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ARIZONAS PUBLIC TEACHING HEALTH SYSTEM, VALLEYWISE HEALTH, FOR CRITICAL PATIENT AND PROGRAM NEEDS. KEY FUNDING AREAS INCLUDE, BURN SURVIVORSIP CARE, INNOVATIVE BEHAVORIAL HEALTH PROGRAMS, AND TEACHING TOMORROWS HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL. THE VALLEYWISE HEALTH MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CARE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, EVERY PATIENT, EVERY TIME REGARDLESS OF PATIENTS ABILITY TO PAY. MORE THAN 65 PERCENT OF VALLEYWISE HEALTHS PATIENTS ARE FINANCIALLY VULNERABLE.
