To specifically promote (a) the literary and educational advancement of deserving students and to assist them incompleting their work (b) to strengthen and develop the spirituality of young men by cultivating the principles of fraternal brotherhood (c) to improve educational facilities (d) to supplement the work of the University in the promotion of scholarship, character, and morality of the students (e) to promote literary, scientific and health education (f) to acquire or construct a house, lodge or assembly hall for the maintenance or students and for study and discussions (g) to encourage and provide opportunities for the physical development and well-being of the students.
