THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED IN 1960 AND IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH THE INPUT OF ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS AT A COMMITTEE LEVEL. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH LOCAL NON-PROFITS TO HELP FUND THEIR COMMUNITY PROGRAMS.
