THE ORGANIZATION WAS ALSO FORMED TO BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF AND SUPPORT THE TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF NJ ORGAN AND TISSUE SHARING NETWORK, INC.; AN ORGANIZATION RECOGNIZED BY THE IRS AS TAX-EXEMPT UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501 (C)(3). IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, THE ORGANIZATION WILL RAISE FUNDS FOR GRANTS TO NJ ORGAN AND TISSUE SHARING NETWORK OR TO OPERATE PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF NJ ORGAN AND TISSUE SHARING NETWORK, BASED ON REQUESTS OF NJ ORGAN AND TISSUE SHARING NETWORK.
