In February 2024, the Attilio and Beverly Petrocelli Surgical Pavilion officially opened to the public at North Shore University Hospital. The seven-story, 288,000-square-foot tower represents a decade-long project and part of a $560 million investment by Northwell Health. Attilio and Beverly Petrocelli made a significant gift toward the project, which collectively raised $160 million from multiple donors. The pavilion complements the hospital's nationally recognized cardiac, neurosurgery, and transplant programs.
