Dick Molpus — Founder and retired chairman of The Molpus Woodlands Group. Molpus is a 1971 University of Mississippi business administration graduate from Philadelphia, Mississippi. He previously served as Mississippi's Secretary of State (1983-1991) and as executive director of the Governor's Office of Federal-State Programs under Governor William F. Winter. He was recognized as Mississippi's Public Administrator of the Year in 1983 and was among the gubernatorial staff members instrumental in the passage of Governor Winter's Education Reform Act of 1982.
