THE HOUSING CORPORATION IS A TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AND HAS A CONTINUING NEED FOR SPECIAL NEEDS FUNDING OVER AND ABOVE FUNDING SUBSIDIES NOW BEING RECEIVED. ADDITIONALLY THE TRUST MAY MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS FOR USE IN RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
