CLAIR COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES WITH A FOCUS ON PROVIDING DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THEIR EFFORT TO ATTAIN SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND LEAD ENRICHED PRODUCTIVE LIVES.TO FURTHER ITS MISSION THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, ADMINISTER, AND SPONSOR EMERGENCY SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INCOME ELIGIBLE, AND VERY LOW-TO-MEDIUM INCOME ST.
