WHO DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED BECAUSE OF AN UNFORSEEN HARDSHIP INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE EMPLOYEE'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE FROM FIRE OR NATURAL DISASTER, DEATH OF AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER, EXCESSIVE MEDICAL EXPENSES OR LOSS OF INCOME DUE TO ILLNESS OR INJURY. RUSH ENTERPRISES FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN OF EMPLOYEES WHO DOMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION.THE ORGANIZATION WILL COLLABORATE WITH, AND MAY DONATE FUNDS TO, OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND SCHOLARSHIP PURPOSES.
