MORAL COMPASS FEDERATION FACILITATES COLLABORATION AMONG MULTIPLE VETERAN-LED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUALS, AND BUSINESSES WHO CAME TOGETHER DURING THE FALL OF KABUL, AFGHANISTAN TO EVACUATE AND RESETTLE AFGHAN ALLIES WHO WERE IN DANGER OF BEING LEFT BEHIND. SINCE THEN, MORAL COMPASS FEDERATION HAS RECOGNIZED THE MORAL INJURY BORNE BY THE VETERAN ECOSYSTEM AND OUR PARTNERS. MORAL COMPASS FEDERATION AIMS TO ADDRESS MORAL INJURY THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND ACTION, AND EMPOWER VETERAN COMMUNITIES WHO BELIEVE IN MCF'S FIRST PRINCIPLES: 1) WE SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THOSE WHO TOOK CARE OF OUR COUNTRY; 2) WE SHOULD ADVOCATE FOR POLICY TO RIGHT THE MORAL COMPASS OF THE NATION; 3) WE SHOULD PROMOTE LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE VETERAN ECOSYSTEM; 4) WE SHOULD HONOR PROMISES TO OUR PARTNERS.
